Georgia Thomas PMA®-CPT, taught Pilates in New York for over seven years and has now 
returned to the UK to continue teaching this extraordinary system of exercise.
 Georgia was born and grew up in England. She graduated from Kent University with an Honors
 Degree in Performing Arts.  Soon after crossing the pond she began to pursue an acting career
 in New York, which ultimately introduced her to Pilates.  She achieved her Pilates Instructor qualifications 
through Balanced Body™, a globally recognised leader in Pilates Education and Training.
